Quality Assurance Policy

Policy Statement 

Bright Brains Global aims to be the provider of choice within its catchment area and believes that it will accomplish this aim by ensuring that it meets the expectations of its clients, families of Clients, staff, and all other associated stakeholders. Bright Brains Global will monitor satisfaction levels in all key areas of its operations, and will review, evaluate, and implement improvements, where necessary, on a continuous basis.

Definition

Quality Assurance is the maintenance of a desired level of quality in a service or product, especially by means of attention to every stage of the process of delivery or production.

Purpose

To ensure quality service provision.

Procedure

The Quality Assurance Policy seeks views from stakeholders as to their levels of satisfaction within Bright Brains Global. This process is undertaken via questionnaires.

Bright Brains Global will determine, based upon operational needs at any one time, how many of the questionnaires may be circulated at any one time, and how often they are given and to whom.

The implementation of any questionnaire will be planned so that family, friends, advocates etc. are given advance warning.

The format of each questionnaire invites feedback, and comment and it is appreciated that not all Clients may be able to complete the survey independently. All Clients are therefore encouraged to seek assistance, preferably from outside Bright Brains Global, although staff are available and willing to assist any Client who needs assistance in completing the survey, if no outside assistance is available. However Bright Brains Global does not seek this responsibility, as all feedback is intended to be voluntary and anonymous.

Bright Brains Global aims to incorporate the Quality Assurance Policy into the management and ethos of Bright Brains Global, and will therefore run questionnaires on a continuous basis.

 

  1. Review, analysis and feedback

 

Feedback on the results of surveys will be given by Bright Brains Global, to all participants.

 

  1. Action planning and improvement

 

  • Bright Brains Global will ensure that all staff are involved in the process of evaluation and planning for improvements based upon the feedback from questionnaires;

 

  • Meetings with Clients and other stakeholders will be held on a regular basis to discuss feedback and action plans.

 

 Improvement

This Policy will be amended from time to time to ensure it remains up-to-date.
